Peter Lenderink wins grueling 33rd edition of the International Junior Three Days of Axel.

Winner of the 4th stage Velzeke - Velzeke was the Fleming Wouter Person of the AVIA Crabbe Team team manager Rik Devoogdt. He was uphill too strong for his companion Thimo Willems.

The fourth and last stage  "The Crown Jewel" of the Three Days. Nine climbs with narrow descents, three times the cobblestones of the famous "Paddestraat" and an uphill finish. Only the strongest and fittest riders could survive this race. It was a fantastic spectacle.

The General Classification became a prey to Peter Lenderink. He limited the damage in the final stage to 34 seconds, making him the overall winner of the Three Days. The basis for this final victory he explained in the individual time trial on Saturday.
