Well on track

Best cycling enthusiasts,

The organization of the Internationale Driedaagse in Axel is well on track.

Particularly gratifying is the news that the “Delta Zeelandfonds” has decided our Internationale Driedaagse financial support.

Despite the changing market, our sponsors our massive faith. This applies also to the many volunteers. Also this year, stabbing it again full of energy the hands to a great cyclingevent down to. It goes without saying that an event as our three day's without this (financial) contributions. It is therefore particularly gratifying to see so many people willing to help contribute to this event.

Our annual visit to the "Omloop Het Nieuwsblad", late February, was again a great success. The number of sponsors that are participating is growing every year and proves that we have many cycling heart touching. This year went up over 100 sponsors to Ghent to enjoy one of the Flemish classics.

In the last weeks before the course takes the game to stress week. Hotel Accommodation, routes, security, FODDER, promotion, on a wide range of areas we operate for another successful weekend cyclist to achieve.

Marc Heijens,

President

Successful sponsorday

The sponsorday, visit the "Omloop het Nieuwsblad", this year was a particular success.

No less interested 110 left on a sunny Saturday at the end of February to the Flemish Ardennes. No less than 2 coaches were needed for the company along the trail to lead. It tasted great in Flanders where it is, cycling, cobblestones, occasionally a pint and many (cycling) humor.

The visit between noon to Valkenberg and Café "Den Hengst" has been an irreplaceable part of the day. Accordion 'den Pol' created for Flemish ambiance. The soup and the sun did the rest. Atmosphere guaranteed! Later it was ironed out at Café "Den Temmen Duvel". This followed the sponsor of the finish from a large television screen. The discussion was very lively on the tactical or miszet of Dutch Raboteam. Anyway, Erik Dekker grip unfortunately next to the title.

The closing dinner at "Het Hof van Oranje" harvested nothing but praise and was a worthy conclusion to a very pleasant and charming (cycling) day.

Applications for our Internationale Driedaagse in Axel now flows from all corners inside.

For example, the national teams of Israel, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Serbia, Poland, Germany, Switzerland and Norway are now logged. International clubs from South Africa, Germany, Denmark and Belgium. In total, 40 teams have registered.

The WRV team Peddelaars the winner in 2008 with Jasper Bovenhuis has re-signed to the prestigious championship title again to conquer. Avia Cycling Team Waasland has registered with our talent of Brian Goethem from Sluiskil.

Website breaks records

The website launched last year is an unprecedented success. The number of visitors exceeds our expectations. The record on one day is still the number of 5,000 visitors. This we achieved last year during the second match. The site is still worth a visit. Here you will find beautiful photographs, interesting press releases and links to numerous sponsors.
